Transformation does not happen overnight, if you want to see results you have to be dedicated and committed to whatever your cause is.

But I’ve also come learn so much more surrendering to the journey, instead of just focusing on the final destination.

Goals can and do change, today it is trikonasa (triangle pose) with a straight leg, tomorrow it’s get a job, the day after, becoming president.

Most of the learning and growing happens with every challenge you encounter along the way and how you rise above it.

When you're on your mat breathing as hard you can your body is shouting STOP! But you keep on going.

When you fall flat on your face, and people laugh but you get back up.

When everyone one else is telling you “you can’t” but you find the strength, wisdom and courage to power through.

For me, that’s where the magic is.
